Any establishment is only worth it's total sum. To value any component as inferior or superior undermines the very objective of mutual gain. The illusion that any person has to be treated differently for something they had no choice over is simply absurd. It will create the fractures that will bring it tumbling down upon it self. Remedy by not worrying so much about why the fault was caused, but how it was allowed to manifest in the first place.
