I know this is a skill issue, but every time I sit down and try to seriously play the career mode I go bankrupt in less than 30 minutes, how the hell do you even make money in this game?

The gameplay is very similar to David Szymanski's other game fingerbones, but I think the story is far better and more cohesive. The atmosphere is very good, but I don't understand the purpose of the flashlight battery mechanic. Spoiler warning, but there are no monsters or npcs or even signs of life in this game, but it has a survival horror flashlight that dies after like 1 minute of being on. That's probably my only problem with this game, especially for being only $1. I would recommend this game if you have an hour to kill and a dollar to spare.

The dialogue makes me feel like I'm having an aneurysm. Why is it written so weirdly? Why within the first 30 minutes are there like 10 time jumps and in between different dimensions and stuff, what the hell is happening?

Honestly surprisingly good. I was expecting this to be a random crappy horror game, but story and lore was actually interesting. I'm now wondering if the next parts are about the other kids in that portal world? My only complaint is that it is a bit short, but for the price I think its fine.

After ~4 hours of gameplay I got to room 750 and stopped at the checkpoint. Next time it would not let me select continue, but it would let me make a new save. So I made a new save and then realizing I did not want to waste another 4 hours I tried to alt-f4 out of the game (the pause menu was not working), and it hard-crashed my graphics driver (both my monitors turned off and would not come back on). I ended up having to press the reset button on my PC as the monitors would not come back on and my keyboard was unresponsive. Once I reset my PC I tried to load back in and I checked my scores, and my save data had been reset too! I ended up having to close out of the game again through steam this time just to be careful and not crash my entire PC. For the amount of time I played it, it was a very fun game, but I cannot recommend it after what happened to my PC and my save file. I don't know if this all happened because of Linux related issues, but it shouldn't have been because my entire first 4 hours of the game was still on the same PC on the same Linux install.

Had a lot of fun with my brother on this game, probably the best sonic game I've played.
