GameFreaks could never!

Simple graphics, minimal inputs and no story telling, yet its so fun to play. Would have been one of my fav on the go games...IF...I had a steamdeck!

You're a VIKING in an open world sandbox, you can build houses of your desired shape and size (although you need to follow a few set rules like having a chimney, otherwise your gonna smoke yourself in your own house and also having roofs on top of all the building structures or they gonna decay and need constant repair), build boats of varying sizes and strengths and ride the waves with your homies on it to explore the vast randomly generated world to fight, loot and craft to progress to the next zone more hazardous than the last, a fun game to play with friends and families. Had a ton of fun solo but it's more fun playing with others.

So many fond memories I had with this little gem...1k+ hours...no regrets.

You will be missed!

Fell in love with it the moment I saw it on steam, was still in early access stage but but that didn't stop me from buying it without a second thought and it's worth every ₹ and every hour spend on it. Loved the fluid controls and the rogue-lite elements, I recommend it to anyone who likes a 2D side scrolling with nice fluid combat and rogue-lite genre.

As a huge fan of the Castlevania series from the GBA and DS consoles (YES all of them!♥) and lets not forget Symphony of the Night from the PS 1, this game turned out to be everything I hoped and dreamed it to be and I'm quiet glad I backed it. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys the Castlevania series i mentioned earlier.

Dying alone in Don't Starve wasn't so bad, then Klei made it even better by allowing us to die together with friends.

P.S. Starvation is still the least of your worries...
