Now that this is finally on Steam, I can say, without a doubt, this is almost (if not entirely) on par with Borderlands 2. This is a true sequel to 2 in that the mechanics have improved, the guns have improved (no more slag meta), and the story is great. So far the DLC has been amazing and well worth the time. The introduction of the Mayhem Mode is also welcome, since it adds another layer to seasoned players who have put in many hours to get that specific gun.

Tried playing this with a brand new 1070ti, on an ssd, even after turning down settings, it constantly stuttered, would not recommend due to performance.
