I highly recommend the Brothers in Arms series, especially Hell’s Highway. It’s incredibly cinematic.

There is an element of squad-based controls, but the way that BiA does it makes things extremely simple. All you have to do is right click to tell your squad to go somewhere or do something. Nothing like Rainbow 6… I hate Rainbow 6.
