Ok, I have that game since 2 days, already 15 hours into it.
It's pretty decent for its state of development, since the bugs aand glitches are rare aand most of them are graphical and easily fixed through a quit and load.
It's pretty! the times I just caught myself sitting at the beach watching the sun rise :D
As I said it's pretty early in development so there isn't too much in the way of crafting, however there is a buttload in the way of exploration and such.
Since it has no hud, it's easy to get emmersed and feel fear or you start to panic because you got lost.
It's good for what it is and I'm really looking forward to what they plan on doing with it ^_^

The game is worth a try especialy 'cause it's free. Me and my friends had many MANY hours of fun playing Unturned. There ofcourse are still some issues for example the online play is not yet optimised but the dev is working on it atm^^. AND Happy Birthday Nelson :D
