Police Massacre Simulator

Although it has quite a bit of DLC, it is still a really fun game.

This game is singleplayer if you just want relax for a bit and drive around. If you want real fun, get the multiplayer version and play with friends. You can either get in an accident, look at other people's crashes, watch the people crash, or actually follow the rules of the road.
