Рецепт вкуснейших сырников:
Творог 0.5 кг
Яйцо 1 шт
Мука 2ст. ложки
Манка 2ст. ложки
Сахар 3ст. ложки
Соль на кончике ножа
Всё смешать и формировать на муке шарики, лопаткой прижать в виде лепёшки (не сильно) Обжарить в небольшом количестве масла. Подавать со сметаной или вареньем.
