Presentation (Story, voice acting, etc.):
The story starts off extremely slow, and is honestly quite boring until you're in about in the mid 20's. It starts to pick up a good amount around then, and is pretty well done. The voice acting is quite frankly terrible for the most part, and sadly mediocre at best in other parts of the game, I believe this likely has something to do with the translation of tone, as well the fact much of this has likely been done remotely. Where the game truly shines however, is in its environments, the set pieces feel truly amazing at most parts of the game. The level design is enjoyable, with many ways to navigate each zone. The collectible's are brilliant, they make for great side content for novelty items, and are occasionally hidden extremely well.

Progression (Leveling, endgame, etc.)
The leveling progression is pretty straight forward and simple, however at some points I found to be extremely overwhelming. As you level you unlock more skills to swap in and out of your build to find the plays tyle that suits you, and while I'm sure there will be/are certainly metas, the game gives you so many options to build your character how YOU want them to be. Combat is fun, responsive, and at times extremely challenging. There are a few points in the game, namely around levels 26, 37, and 50 that feel suddenly overwhelming as you are introduced to a handful of new systems at each point. While the systems are not overly complex or complicated in any way, it's just like they dumped a ton of stuff on you at once and said, "Just go with it." However, once you have a grasp on the systems they are actually super simple, and quite fun in my opinion.

TLDR: Good story and environments with mediocre at best voice acting, great questing & leveling with AWESOME combat and endgame activities, with the occasional feeling of being overwhelmed.

Spent a week or so playing this via Torrent. Loved the game so I decided to support the devs and my friends and I purchased the game. Pretty much the space game we've been asking for.

PROs:
-Great customization
-Worthwhile progression
-Challenging but not to hard
-Practically limitless
-Easy hosting
-Easy controls

CONs:
-A bit confusing to start

Honestly didn't find any cons other than the confusion it brings to start.

Out of 10 I would probably give it a 10. This may go down if the devs don't keep updating it. Anyways fantastic so far, recommend this to anyone who likes customization and space games. Even if you aren't a fan of space games you could find this fun, it doesn't feel like it forces the space feel.

Very fun game. But JESUS CHRIST fix the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Mac Client! I can't connect to the game half the time, and its only me and my friend on mac who have an issue. Also, my ping is CONSTANTLY better that all of my friends so it is not my internet. The mac client in general is ♥♥♥♥. Half of the text on the menu doesn't show up correctly, none of the Lore stuff works, and my clan tag shows up wrong. My clan tag is Cent, shows up as Cn.

This game is an amazing game. The graphics suit the theme of the game very well, and the atmosphere just ties the whole game together. The steampunk theme is very enjoyable and makes the game very tactical. This is probably one of my favorite games, next to counter-strike. In fact this is the only game I might rather play than counter-strike.

Terrible game... I played it. Quit my job so I couldn't afford a PC to run it anymore. I'm finally free.

Well... If you put even a decent amount of time into the game it feels very rewarding. Maybe take a day or two to get used to the movement of joints. Also let me tell you that the tutorial sucks, if you need help go to there forums on the beginners thread and ask for help in the mod you play. If you don't know what mod you are playing ask someone in the lobby you are in or if you are alone, or with just a friend the default mod is Aikido most of the time.

Anyways on with the review.

Honestly one of the best games I have put time into. I am am blue belt and have beaten black belts, I honestly think is was because of the time I put into it as soon as I picked it up. If you plan to play this you need to put time into it to be good, don't expect to get in and be good (Of course there are some exceptions). Anyways I give this game a 10/10 for its "different" gameplay aspect, its mostly friendly community, and its great mods to play for fun or to compete in.

I have not played for long, but I have found a faction, and from there on I enjoyed the game. You should play this if you like large scale pvp and a good challenge.
