As far as your standard open world games go, those with questions marks all over their map and lots of ultimately pointless busywork, Zero Dawn is for sure one of the best. Games like Elden Ring have shown however, that worlds don't have to be designed like this and are a much better experience if they aren't. That's the reason I couldn't stop exploring Elden Ring until I had seen everything that game had to offer (which happened after over 200 hours), while I lost interest in Zero Dawn before I even reached the end of its story

It takes a while to get into, but the more you figure it out, the more fun it becomes. A well-rounded game

This game holds up very well, there are surprisingly little antiquated design choices for a game from 2004. On top of that, I loved the writing throughout. It was a bit muddled at the end, but I think that's mostly because it had to set the stage for the second chapter. I wasn't a big fan of the final dungeon, it got in the way of the pacing a little and was more tedious than challenging with all the Arts cancelling and status effect immunities. It didn't hurt the experience too much in the end, though, since the story picks back up right after (having a two-hour final battle with no way to save is evil though). I loved the political intrigue and even though you could see most of the story beats coming, it was still thrilling to watch them unfold. Not to mention the bracer's eventual success was extremely satisfying after they'd been blindsided so many times. I also liked the minor NPC's reactions to world events. They always displayed a variety of reactions, like how Colonel Richard's actions didn't only net him universal condemnation. Some characters were still coping with the fact that a man they'd perceived as upstanding and honorable would attempt a coup, offering different rationalizations for why he might've done it. I especially liked that some of the soldiers still seemed to be more on his side than anyone else's, possibly to save their own face or maybe just because they thought he had a point. Good on the devs for making the ending bitter-sweet as well, anything else wouldn't really have fit. The road-trip feeling of the game added a lot to the experience and the epilogue already makes me look forward to the next part. It'll be interesting to see where the plot goes from here. Bonus points for not calling a coup a rebellion

Played a lot of Disgaea 7 the last few days - it's pretty much your usual Disgaea. I can't compare it to 6, haven't played it because of the poor reception. Compared to 5 it holds up pretty well, though. I like the characters more, 5 was already pretty solid in that regard, but in 7 they pretty much dropped the edgy aspects. Fuji is kind of a non-grimdark, adult Laharl, and I love that. Pirilika is also a blast and I find her genuinely funny a lot of the time. Gameplay-wise, it's pretty much the same as always. I don't usually get too deep into it, though, min-maxing isn't really my thing. They could've maybe toned down the cutaway animations for special attacks a little, I end up skipping them most of the time and they take you out of the action. Also, sometimes they obscure what's actually happening on the field, numbers-wise

Gameplay is well-rounded fun and space travel from location to hyperspace and back is almost seamless. Lots of fun

The best riichi mahjong client available (at least in Europe). Good-looking, smooth and features a good ranking system. Unfortunately it currently has too low a playerbase in the upper two rooms. Until you reach 7th dan, though, it's great. It also sadly has gacha in it and no SFW mode to make it reasonably playable in public. At least the former doesn't materially interfere with you playing the game

Another bad FromSoftware port. The game experiences stuttering which can be worked around by following the guide I linked below, which now also allows online play, so it's become less of an issue and more of an unnecessary annoyance.
