Perfect remake of the old classic. Great atmosphere of the Citadel station, which unfortunatelly lost a bit of horror, but is still tense. Terri Brosius returned with nhanced SHODAN voice and did an excelent job. Her taunts and threats are one of the best features of this game and without her, the atmosphere would be greatly diminished.
Graphic design is unique combination of modern and oldschool pixel graphics, which creates great visual experience.
Gameplay is greatly improved from the original, which is almost unplayable for moder audinces. Remake plays like a modern fps shooter with survival mechanics, which can be harder or easier depending on your hoarding minset. Every item can be collected and recycled for credits and exchanged for ammo. This can make the game significantly easier, but with it comes inventory management, which will make your stay on the station a true horror, expecially in the later stages.
Soundtrack is also imported from the original with slight improvements.
As a negative, people without processor with AVX won´t be able to play because of constant crashes. On some levels there is visible stuttering which can make the game unplayable, especially on Security level where I had a lot of problems staying alive because of this.
In the conclusion System Shock Remake is a great experience for both new players and connoisseurs of the original.

Amplitude Studios delivered yet another great game from the Endless universe. Soundtrack is fantastic, Arnaud Roy made another banger in cooperation wit Lera Lynn. Gameplay is fun and brings back tactical mangement of turrets from DotE. Graphicaly the game is gorgeous and run smoothly even on weaker PCs.

On the launch there were some problems with achievements, but those are resolved by now. On the other hand I am dissapointed, that reviews are so low. Some critisism is justified and understandable, but others barking about "wokenes" or "politics" are downright ridiculous. So what that Comrade is a caricature of the communist, he is fun character, or that Zed is hispanic looking woman. Some people just want to critisise things that are completely normal and marginal. If they complained about CBs broken pathfinding in earlier build i would understand, but that would mean that they actually played the game and not just boot it up saw Zed in like 5 minutes of gameplay and give the game negative reviews.

The game is not perfect, there are problems with heroes AI sometimes when they just stand and let be killed, but it´s not too often. Another minor complaint is that weapon variety isn´t very thougt through, I often just use my start weapon and complete runs or loose on the final boss regurarly.

Before the recent patch i would give this game 8/10, but after bug fixes adn some tweaks here and there i Will give it nice 8,5/10. I enjoy mixture of roguelike with tower defence mechanics and incredible soundtrack.

It´s a great space game with exploration and great combat, but it is not exactly a good Mass Effect game. Can be janky and I think that if this game wasn´t named as Mass Effect successor, then it would receive a better overall rating. I had a lot of fun with it and I can only recommend it for every space enthusiast.

Returning back to Victoria 2 which is superior in almost every aspect

Great successor to previous titles. Chaos is finnaly fun to play.
