As satisfying as the gameplay is, especially with friends, I can't recommend the game in good faith to those friends who haven't already bought it. The game desperately needs more time in the oven and flat out has advertisements in the interface about missing features which are "Coming Soon".

A sweeping majority of the quality of life changes, mechanics, and features that are present in Vermintide 2, like its crafting system (especially the crafting system oh my god), showing current and possible stats with their range of values, and the fact that--despite its awful launch--Vermintide 2 also had 15 different subclasses compared to the 4 here, are only a few of the glaring issues or missing things in the game.

Come back to the game in a few months or years once the game has actually been finished.

One of the best roguelikes I've ever played. I put it down every so often, but always come back to it because it's just that satisfying to OFFER TO THE SHRINE, BUT GAIN NOTHING.

Short, sweet, and filled with great boss fights and even better music.

Uplay sucks. Peer to peer connections gets annoying really fast but at the core there's a fantastic 3D fighting game.

Seeing how old this game was made me hesitant to play it at first, but a friend of mine kept pushing me to play it. As soon as you get past the clunky controls you'll find a perfect gem of a game. The story was completely absorbing and every part of the design of this game felt spot on. Just go play the damn thing already.

Wonderful atmosphere and a gorgeous soundtrack. Just sit back and relax with it.
