Very basic, nothing really new of interesting compared to other RTS

Great game, lots of interesting combos with equipement, lots of diversity, some challenge.

Very well worth the price

Great little game. Lots of different builds to have fun with.

Some weird game design choices, like how some clans seem to get weaker as you level them up. Each level up adds 2 cards to the pool from which you can draw during your runs, some lvl up add borderline useless cards that only dilute the pool.

Overall the 5-10 first difficulty level (out of 25) are increasingly challenging and fun, beyond that RNG gets too punishing and I lost interest. Good enough for me !

Shoot bugs with friends, shoot bots with friends, kick toxic randos with friends, accidentally shoot your friends, die shot by your friends : the way John Democratos (the inventor of democracy) intended

(Some crashes, bugs and stuff but at least the devs are communicating clearly and delivering patches every week or two)

Best RPG since Dragon Age Origins. Great story, great characters, great use of the lore.

The "evil" playthrough is a bit weaker (less choices, less companions, less quests) and the third act feels a bit more rushed overall (The story and fight of the Chosen of Bane in act 3 is much less interesting/compelling than that of the Chosen of Myrkul in act 2 for example)

It's only real flaws are DnD's system flaw : too much randomness at low level, combats become frustratingly long when there is more than 10 characters involved etc.
Overall these flaws are mostly negligible

Good game, poor roguelite: the characters, story, graphics are all nice but there is little replayability, after completing the game once the enemies just gain more damage and health so the game only becomes slower, not that much more challenging

Terraria, but better

Clickity make numbers go big. Good stuff

Smooth progression, plenty of interesting mechanics, no filler. Well worth the price

Some basic content (crafting, weapon attachements, multiple classes per character etc.) had been promised at launch and is not here at launch = negative review

Stop pulling a "Cyberpunk 2077" on the players

Otherwise the game is OK. Not great but fun enough with friends

Edit : 1 month after launch most of the promised content is still missing, the crafting system is still incomplete, still no story, still only 4 classes total, still nothing to do once you hit lvl 30 etc.

On it's own : decent game

The story is decent, the characters are likeable if a bit bland, the graphics are nice, the gameplay could be worse... If you like the idea of piloting giant robots armed to the teeth, this game does scratch that itch.

It has some major flaws that prevent it from ever being a great game :
- The complete lack of information on most missions in the briefing means that, unless you are on a restricted mission, you just want to bring the strongest and heaviest mech you have (never the fastest for example)
- The balance is just weird (since every mech has a hard cap on hit points melee is not viable past a certain point : the heaviest mech will always shoot down your brawler, missiles and energy always feel inferior to ballistics unless you are on very VERY long missions where you know you won't be able to bring enough amunition ie : almost never etc.)
- The fact that everything (mechs, pilots, part of your ship) have a monthly upkeep cost pushes you to keep as few mechs and pilots as possible, greatly reducing diversity

If you want a better game install the Roguetech mod, it hads more mech, more weapons, more mission etc. It's basically a complete extension of the game
