TIP: If Loading Game Gets Stuck or If The Game Is Slow and Laggy.

Try changing the GFX Quality, Ambient Occlusion to Low, Anti-Aliasing to None and Turn On the Low Detailed City Map also set the FPS to 60 (Not Vsync).

Also type -force-vulkan -screen-quality Low -screen-fullscreen 0 -screen-width 1024 -screen-height 768

For those who are having problems with the explicit content add-on DLC not working make sure you go to the game properties in the steam library and check the box for the DLC. If you can't find the DLC make sure steam preferences is set to show adult only content.
