YOUNG Gr4c3k accepts criticism cheerfully, and uses criticism productively to develop own abilities and skills. When a topic is unfamiliar or new concepts are put forward, YOUNG Gr4c3k engages in the conversation, but contributions show a lack of understanding at first. Needs to make more effort to listen, learn and adjust. YOUNG Gr4c3k completes 90% of assignments on time and to a good standard. Generally polite, courteous and respectful, though may sometimes lose a little control when confronted with a difficult person or situation. Or perhaps sometimes seems over-polite.
