Could use a little more island-related content. Good for EA tho

A great and surprisingly deep (heh) game. I'm not a fan of the "hide and cower in fear because you can't kill the evil monsters" gameplay that Amnesia also boasts, but playing this on "safe" mode even is enough for only the story and the creepy atmosphere / occasional jumpscare.

It's a good game without chivalry's helicopter autism and with more interesting mechanics

it feels like a gutted EU IV tbh. The next few years this game will be pumped with DLCs that will make it a lot more in-depth, but regardless of the ethics of such a business practice, it just feels pretty empty right now. Not worth the money.

Once again, inkle does not disappoint. The game's pretty interesting so far. As this is inkle's first 3D title (afaik) there are a few issues with object clipping and stuff, but the story and gameplay elements like the language system easily make it enjoyable enough to ignore such minor things.

This game doesn't feel very polished right now. Especially the gameplay is, in my opinion so far the weakest point. Pathing is ♥♥♥♥, controls meh and this pseudo-base building doesn't really do it any favours so far. I hope these things will be adressed in the future.

The setting and story (so far) are really good though. But sadly not enough to make me accept the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ gameplay. 5/10 I guess.

I'm going to give this a careful recommendation. Don't get too excited about the game, it's still not really polished and kinda repetitive. But still enjoyable enough to be worth the money I paid for it imo.

Horrible story. I'm considering dropping this game because of it. The main storyline feels very uninspiring and side quests are absolutely atrocious to the point that I just skip 90% of side quest cutscenes by now.

The setting is great and the game world is absolutely stunning. Gameplay mechanics are solid and the game seems to be on the right track. But the story throws all the good points out the window. What the ♥♥♥♥ Ubisoft?
