Ori is one of those platformers that just feels good to play. The movement is smooth, responsive, and only gets better as you unlock new abilities. There’s a real sense of progression—not just in the story, but in how you interact with the world.

That being said, Ori isn’t always forgiving. Some sections, especially the escape sequences, will test your reflexes and patience. The difficulty curve can feel steep at times, but if you take your time exploring, gathering extra health, and unlocking new skills, the game becomes a lot more manageable. Plus, it rewards you with some truly stunning environments.

If you love platformers that blend challenge with beauty, Ori is a must-play. Just be prepared for some tough-but-fair platforming moments along the way.

This is not a typical game; it’s more like stepping into a beautifully crafted story about family, loss, and memories. You explore the Finch family home, a place full of history and secrets. Every corner reveals a new story.

The unique storytelling makes this experience special. You learn about each family member’s life and final moments through short, self-contained narratives. Each story feels different, with its own visual style and way of interacting, so it never gets boring. This approach is very clever.

At its core, the game is about family connections, the pain of losing loved ones, and how our memories shape us. It thoughtfully explores these important themes. The gameplay focuses on exploring the house and experiencing the stories. However, the captivating writing and atmosphere make you forget about more traditional gameplay.

It handles sensitive topics with care, creating a strong emotional experience that stays with you. If you appreciate games for their stories and emotional depth, this is one you should definitely play. You won’t forget it.

Pathfinder: Kingmaker demanded 210 hours of my time—a testament to its immense scope. It offers a dizzying array of character options and a unique, complex kingdom management system. Juggling the numerous systems, from character builds and party composition to kingdom decrees and resource management, can be overwhelming yet deeply rewarding for those who enjoy intricate gameplay. This complexity, however, contributes to the game's controversial nature. The sheer volume of available buffs and debuffs, combined with challenging encounters, often encourages "min-maxing"—optimizing every aspect of characters and strategies. This can make certain builds feel mandatory, limiting the appeal of experimentation. Countless battles punctuate the experience, each requiring tactical consideration and careful planning. From small skirmishes to epic boss fights, combat is a constant test of strategic prowess and party resilience, often necessitating extensive buff and debuff usage for survival. This reliance, while faithful to the Pathfinder tabletop rules, can become tedious.

The game's ambition is also its Achilles' heel. Despite improvements, technical issues persist, and the difficulty curve remains erratic. The pacing can be uneven, with intense moments interspersed with tedious management. The sheer volume of content, while a strength, can also lead to a feeling of bloat.

Despite these challenges, Pathfinder: Kingmaker offers a truly immersive experience. Its world is rich and detailed, its story engaging, and its blend of RPG and strategy elements compelling. After 210 hours, the imperfect journey proved worthwhile. 7/10 – a flawed masterpiece.

Kingdom Come Deliverance – A Medieval Masterpiece 🎮⚔️
Kingdom Come: Deliverance is an exceptional journey into the heart of 15th-century Bohemia, offering one of the most immersive and realistic portrayals of the Middle Ages in gaming history. Warhorse Studios has crafted a world of atmosphere, depth, and authenticity.

🌍 Atmosphere & World-Building:
The setting feels alive, from the detailed villages to the sprawling countryside. Every element—architecture, character interactions, and social dynamics—feels historically grounded, transporting you straight into a gritty, medieval world.

🛡️ Gameplay & Mechanics:
The mechanics are not for the faint of heart. Combat is complex and rewarding, requiring skill and patience rather than button-mashing. Survival elements like eating, sleeping, and maintaining equipment add layers of realism, making every decision matter.

📜 Story & Quests:
Both main and side quests are masterfully executed, weaving personal struggle with historical intrigue. Some standout moments include:

Monastery Quest: Navigate a world of cloistered secrecy and moral ambiguity. It’s a test of wit and patience that’s truly unforgettable.
The Siege: Experience medieval warfare in all its gritty reality. Strategy and resource management are as crucial as your sword skills.
Father Godwin’s Storyline: A fascinating dive into faith, hypocrisy, and humanity, delivered through one of the most memorable characters in the game.
⚙️ Imperfections:
Yes, there are content gaps and occasional bugs, but these are minor blemishes on an otherwise rich and engaging experience. The ambition and depth far outweigh the flaws.

🌟 Final Thoughts:
Kingdom Come: Deliverance sets a high bar for historically accurate RPGs. The unforgettable quests, immersive mechanics, and rich world-building make it a must-play. And with the sequel on the horizon, Warhorse Studios has a solid foundation to create something even more extraordinary.

Rating: ★★★★☆ (Highly Recommended)

I can’t wait for the sequel! 🚀👑
