Fun gameplay, solid progression, and plenty to do after you've beaten the game. Recommended, though I personally won't be continuing having gotten the ending.

A truly unique and challenging experience. If you're willing to put in a bit of time and master this harsh experience of a game, it is truly rewarding.

First souls game, and I really loved the combat once I got used to it. I feel though that in some way the game I played was harder than what I see in the media that I see surrounding this game. I played using the seamless coop mod with the intention of playing with a buddy of mine, but I ended up just playing alone, and I think that perhaps that may be involved. Something or other may have bugged and it seemed like every boss took hardly any damage and did way more damage when compared to the streamers that I watched who had similar gearsets and stats to me.

Anyway, that's just something to note, I'm fully satisfied with the experience that I was delivered, and adored this game from start to finish (aside from the tree spirits).
