None of it is intentional.
Never attribute it to malice, what can be attributed to incompetence.
Its far more likely that they're all in their own worlds doing their own thing, they're not paying attention to the world around them. And we all do it every day. whether your driving, walking down the street. all of our lives are just as complex as everyone elses. everything you have going on they have going on. nobody knows what everyone else is going through we just need to be a little more self aware & aware of the world around us.
