Best game that my friends can't play.

I'm a gamer at heart, but rarely could I play any game more than 50 hours until I found Helldivers 2. I'm now 140 hours in and level 60, but still I find this game fun. And still find something new in this game. I love this game BUT

Because of Sony I can't fully love it. I live in the region that is now blocked for buying this game because of stupid PSN. For a month I tried to sell this game to my friends, and finally 2 accepted and then the lock happened, and now they can't buy it and join us for spreading Democracy

The community is awesome at this game, we had a real life Major Order to beat Sony, we did "win" but did we really? People accepted "Victory" when Sony said PSN is not mandatory and changed their review back to positive, but there are still 180 regions that can't play this game. This game should be still Overwhelmingly Negative until everyone can play.

Sony is so bad on PC that even Ghost of Tsushima can't be bought at the 180 regions even though that is a Single Player game that only has a small online component.

I loved the Playstation, I was mostly playing games there, until Steam Deck brought me back to the PC - I am really thankful of that, now when I saw things on the side, I figured I will never buy Sony console/games again at least until they get their things together on the PC

It's year 2024 and Region Lock shouldn't be a thing.

About the game again, there are some issues with balance. They nerfed things too much and sucked out fun out of some weapons. They rush Warbonds and updates, lots of bugs - but they are learning and trying their best, which I like. Most of the Developers are good people and they love their game and want it to thrive wish them the best.

But yeah...

This game would be my GOTY if Sony wasn't the Publisher

First half of the game was quite meh for me. I liked the puzzles, enough easy and hard for me to count as classic Portal. Sometimes I overthought some puzzles, but after a breather I saw it was easier than I thought.

Second half of the game was quite interesting especially the Story.

One story bit felt strange for me (The 8 Mile bit) that would mean that Portal 2 would've been impossible. I don't know what to think about it. This one sentence made me think too much.

The ending was very meh for me, especially if it wanted to be story between Portal 1 and 2. It works, it's going to get pretty good and then boom against the wall and no conclusion - if they plan a sequel, then I forgive them, if not then it's a hard pill to swallow.

Nevertheless, I really loved the Mod, glad to be playing Portal again for a very long time.
