Dear Firaxis,

If you're going to take inspiration from Humankind for Civilization VII, at least incorporate its best features rather than creating a half-baked hybrid. Right now, Civ VII feels like it's having an identity crisis—caught between Civilization and Humankind, but failing to excel at either. The janky UI and arguably downgraded visuals compared to Civ V and VI only add to the frustration.

Games like this are why pre-orders have such a bad reputation.

For those still undecided on Civ VII, I strongly recommend waiting at least 6–12 months before buying. In the meantime, you're better off playing Civ V or VI.

This is just disappointing.

Dave isn't merely a diver; the game is far more complex than that. Even six chapters in, new mechanics continue to unfold, showing that in Dave the Diver, you’re still just beginning your adventure.

Early Access Review
Having been burned numerous times by Early Access City Builder games in the past, I'm cautiously optimistic about this one. While Steam is flooded with similar indie titles, this game stands out by adding a war simulation aspect. I hope its early promise translates into a fulfilling experience, unlike many others I've encountered.

I feel like a sucker for pre-ordering the Digital Premium thinking that "The Answer" be included for free in a later DLC, oh how a fool I was. I just feel bad for the people who bought the Physical Aigis Set only to buy "The Answer" separate too.

From all of us here, I say to you ATLUS "go stick my hard earned cash up where the sun don't shine" and I hope all of you over there have a terrible itch on your tongue that won't go away... with love from the Persona fanbase.

> pre-May 2024 - RIP Railgun.

> May 2024 - PSN was suddenly required, but then the requirement was backtracked, only to block 177 countries and regions from buying the game.

> pre-Aug 2024 - Weak weapons combined with an overwhelming number of enemies that suddenly appear in front of the player.

> Aug 2024 - The new update, "The Escalation of Freedom", was released, heavily nerfing fan-favorite weapons while leaving older, mediocre weapons unchanged, turning the game into a running simulator.

> Dec 2024 - They added "collab" armor sets that cost more than their Warbond—$20 for one set, and another $20 for a second set in the coming days. Both sets feature unique stats, and the weapons have better output, essentially making the game pay-to-win. To make matters worse, Arrowhead's new CEO, Shams Jorjani, made a thinly veiled threat, implying that if the "collab" armor sets don't sell well, they won't add any more 'illuminate-type' content. Essentially, he told players that unless they make $40 from these sets, all future content will be locked behind paid DLC.

Don't get me wrong, Helldivers 2 has had some great updates amid these issues I've mentioned, but I just want future buyers to be aware of how Arrowhead operates as a developer. It's yet another mess of their own making.

If there was a "Meh" option instead of a generic Yes or No recommendation I'd choose it. Take note I've only played 1hour as of writing this post, and I might change it when I play on further.

I've been a fan of the Persona Franchise since Persona 1, and I have since bought all of their mainline games -basically, I haven't played ANY Persona spin-off.

Let's begin with a comparison of:

• P3 & P3FES vs P3Reload Intro, usually what hooks a player is its intro -P3 & P3FES starts differently but the mood and setting is there, however the moment I launched P3Reload it felt that it has lost "something" it's hard to explain what, but players who have played P3 & P3FES probably will know what I'm talking about. Personally I think it has lost it's identity[?], I think?

• P3 vs P3Reload vs P5Royal UI, the UI is modernized which copies P5Royal -I'm not saying that it's a negative but again P3Reload has lost its identity. I like how streamlined it is, however they've sacrificed minor stuff to benefit modernity.

• P3 vs P3Reload vs P5Royal Graphics and Cutscenes, now this is where P3Reload is doing okay graphics-wise. The conversion to the Unreal Engine is great, but I think they've sacrificed or basically cut some integral parts of some cutscenes and replaced it with actual gameplay. I don't think it's inherently bad, cutscenes are usually there to portray the story where the graphics can't catch-up but if you're an old fan of the franchise [AGAIN] it loses its identity.

So far, that's all I have. I plan on playing more, the game runs okay aside from a random crash I experienced once. Also, there's some weird drop in frames when you're in the Main Menu and System Menu -other than that, the game runs fine.

TLDR: P3Reload is okay, and if you're a fan of P3 & P3FES you'll feel that there's something missing and just can't explain what that is.

Fix your damn game.

1. Random bug when you can't shoot, place gadgets, or pick up stuff
2. Random bug with TFGE0002
3. Random bug with weapons just floating and taking over the entire screen

Don't tell me it's my PC by the way because I'm running on a RTX3080, i7-12700K, game is installed on an M.2 SSD. What else do you need? Or does my PC not meet your ♥♥♥♥♥♥ bug-ridden and hacker infested game?

After Persona 4: Golden, Persona 5: Royal is a great addition from ATLUS & SEGA. Only god knows when they'll remaster Persona 1 & 2 for PC and modern consoles.

As of reviewing this game I've played for 60+hours and this is my comments so far:

1. There are bugs, but not as bad as Bethesda's "Just Works". The worst one was when on a mission that needs you to launch your ship or put something on your ship DO NOT customize your ship or else you'll be stuck and can't enter the ship -only fix was to reload on a previous save.

2. 60+ hours and only experienced 1 crash -it was random and lost about 10minutes of gameplay.

3. If you love The Elder Scrolls story writing, Fallout customization, Doom-like battles and anything about space then you'll enjoy the game. If you don't enjoy at least 1 of the 4 I indicated then you'll have a terrible time.

Going forward, I plan to play more of this game and in that 60+ hours of playing I barely scratched the surface of Starfield. My 1 suggestion is please, for the love of god and everything that's holy... Make the player decide which entrance/door that leads between Habs. I don't want to be lost on my own ship because of the random placements of doors/ladders to get to my Cockpit/Dock/Entrance.

Also, in case you guys missed it. The game is great -not everyone will like it but if you're a fan of Elder Scrolls, Fallout, and a hints of Doom then you'll love Starfield.

PS: Get the Mantis early.

Burned the town while there was a tsunami going on. This is too realistic. Japan/10
