My GF and I are hooked. I will say i got very nauseous and sick after a 5 hour gaming session. After logging off my GF told me there was a motion sickness setting in the game. Thank you devs!

I love this game. A buddy and I got this at launch on PS4 and didnt play for long the game wasnt very good back then so i understand all of the backlash it got. I picked it back up this summer when NEXT was all hyped, and i must say, this is not even the same game as when it launched. It has a lot of content, and definitely worth the price tag.

this game is broken. I played an hour or so of the game clearing the first couple bosses and killing laurtrec for the ring of favor. I lost internet connection and was sent to the main screen. When i loaded back in i was in undead asylum with none of my progress saved. I AM PISSED.

UPDATE: i continued from undead asylum and went up to the taurus demon. I then quit out of dark souls and went to re-enter the game and received an error "game save corrupt, returning to tile screen" so now the game is unplayable.

It's dark souls, it's amazing, it has a ton or replay value.

The game isnt good. I grew up a lifelong fan of the board game. I googled the game to try and see what early missions people were running etc when i was exposed to the lead designers (a trans woman) tweet stating that no boys are allowed to play the game.

So i'm uninstalling and initiating a refund. If the game was good i would ignore it. But the game isnt good, and i'm a boy so i guess that's that.

If you are coming to this game from Bloodborne or Dark Souls 3 you need to understand this game is very different. People complain about the controls being clunky, this is due to the new attribue Adaptability, it directly effects your invincibility when rolling. 13-15 is a good number i've found.

Probably my favorite Souls game. The souls game i've poured the most time into. I played hundreds of hours on xbox, hundreds on PS4, and some time on PC. If you want to PVP PC is the only community still active.
