With the current state Team Fortress 2 is in, I cannot confidently give this game a positive review.

Don't get me wrong, I still find the occasional odd match that I have a lot of fun in, and don't forget about the community servers. It's why I continue to play to it to this day. However, Valve's continual negligence of a game that is known worldwide and still popular to this day is quite frankly just disgusting.

6 years they had to fix this. 6 YEARS, and after all that, even after the Tweet claiming that they "hear us", bots and cheaters are still a massive problem to this game, and they make Casual Mode unplayable.

A newbies first experience with TF2 is gonna be them getting headshot from across the map by a Sniper bot, before getting vote-kicked out of a match, all because Valve refuses to do anything, other than make a generic 6V6 MOBA.

Community Servers are an option, but unless you're already well acquainted with the community server browser, and already decided what servers you will regularly go to (if they're available, anyways), most people will probably not even bother with it, especially considering Casual is just one click away.

All this game needs in order to make it playable is some sort of functional anti-cheat, something which community server owners have figured out since this game's inception, and before you say VAC, that's about as effective as WinRAR asking you to pay for their product.

If the multi-billion dollar company can't afford to make a functioning anti-cheat, then at the very least bring back Quick Play. It wasn't perfect, far from it, but at the very least we'll get thrown onto servers that are not bot-infested.

It's disappointing that I have to leave negative review for this game with how much I played, but I'm just tired. Valve, do better.
