Lots of time was put into making a great game, they were good enough to give us a free open beta. Thumbs down, rant rant rant.

Amazing game, give them a break with the DLC... its awesome DLC and they got sued for 40mil.. so, stop being negetive ♥♥♥♥♥.

This game is amazing, BUY IT.

- Graphics are absolutely stunning

- The UI is very nicely done, very sleek

- you WILL get your money's worth even at its current development stage

- 15 hours in, I still have a lot to do (potentially 100 hours of gameplay if you like base building / collecting / creative)

- Environments are unique, and you will question whether you want to swim down into a dark abyss for loot.

- Monster fish, plants and friendly fish are still being added to the game!

9/10 > I hope given time, this games playerbase will rival Arks and Rust - It is better in many ways it is better than both (No grind fest here) But it has yet to introduce its multiplayer , early days.

Devs want to make sure the game is all it can be , as they are a small team, working on multiplayer would prevent them doing anything else to the game for months.
BUY BUY BUY, Buy it for your girlfriends aswell, mine loves it as much as I do.

You go from copper to god like, huge ammount of content. You likely wont even realise things are there unless you google ♥♥♥♥, wiki is your friend in this game.

I love the game, yes its basically a 'supreme commander' with less units and no campaign, but for it has its merits, its beautiful art direction and planets... I dont play online because im trash at the game, but I just won against 2 Ai opponents because i saw that 4 of 5 planets were in the same orbit traveling at varied speeds so collision was inevitable, I rushed to build an orbital drop pod to transport my commander to the 5th planet and waited 5 minutes for the epic end. WORTH

Allot of people complain about the price, fair enough, but I bought it for like £3 pound, and its worth atleast £10.

SUMMARY:

Looks beautiful

Sounds are awesome (e.g. when you drop your commander from orbit and it plays old apocolypse music... so good)

Tributes to star wars (metal planet, can make it into a deathstar)

A nice selection of units although its only 1 race (everyone has the same units) , balanced gameplay

Map creator , Interesting stuff Can be done

Needs a decent gaming system to run smoothly (im using R9 390 8gig and Amd Athlon x4 860k with 8gig ram, runs perfectly)

Buy a key from ♥♥♥ or something if you dont want to pay full price, but is worth the play.

3 Awesome and largley different game modes

Campaign > control 4 squads, level up, find better Loot. You arent stuck with the same 4 squads either as they can be swapped for others ( dont like Scout marines, no problem, Dreadnaught?), some interesting boss battles aswell.

Last Stand > 3 player controlled heros must survive against hordes of enemies, 20 waves with special boss waves, fight the Eldar , Space Marines, Imperials, Tyranids , Orks and Chaos. Level each Hero to 20, unlocking more gear as you level, Play as An ork Mek Boy, Space Marine, or Eldar Farseer.

Multiplayer PVP or Ai > Small scale warfare heavily focused on tactics and stratergy, an example of what it can be like is 'Avatar of Khaine is very strong but a good opponent could kill him with a handful of troops if he isnt supported', each race can choose between 3 commanders, eldar for example can have a Seer Council Warlock, Farseer or Warp spider commander, Each commander has its own wargear to purchase in game.

All modes are enjoyable, and the game is very well made with a great ammount of detail for an RTS, that being said , last stand and campaign double up as RPG games, I often feel like playing them if I want a change from Torchlight 2 or something similar. 9/10 would highly recommend.

- Con - more could have been done for people who play the game offline, a lot of newer games seem to be very restricting to people who don't want to be online, this is no exception, although The campaign and PvsAI alone is solid enough to merit its very reasonable price tag.
