This game runs like butter on ultra with a gtx 1080.
After playing for a few hours , I have not encountered any 'bad' elements to the game, no glaring bugs.

Character customization is good, nudity is good.
Combat is like darksouls , hit roll away - enemies dont have Levels like ark , Im glad this is the case.
Im playing online on a pvp server - I joined a clan after about 20minutes in game.. you just have to be nice and ask.

The gameplay is pretty solid , and ofcourse there is loads to explore, bosses to kill etc (at higher levels)
There is a grinding element... its an RPG survial.

The negetive reviews are pretty childish for the most part.
'Game breaking bugs'... no there arent , because worst case scenario - you die and respawn... there is no story or progression to break.
'Game is badly optimised' , no it isnt.

That is all.
I got this in Humble Monthly and it is 100% worth it, all my previous concerns were not needed.
