The Devs and support staff treat their userbase like trash...

I've had a multitude of issues , from having my Clan Founder status revoked (essentially making me not the creator of my own clan) - without prior warning - this removes my ownership of the Clan dojo and all the resources I'd invested over 4 years.
Support say "we don't get involved in clan matters" after doing the above... seems fairly involved to me.

Most recently I've been Banned until 2035 - for 'offending' a Warframe... I wasn't insulting anyone , I was addressing an inanimate object and was banned for hate speech.

I'd already received a 7 day chat ban because of this comment, and I thought "Fair enough", a tap on the wrist was more than enough to make me not say it again.
I have never been suspended or had any warnings before this, this is my first offence in 8 years.

In actual fact - I never committed any hate speech and nobody was offended by my silly joke as I was addressing a digital object , I made a joke. (No , it wasn't race related)
After 8 years of my playing the game , I'm now banned for 15 years because of this.

Even after explaining this to support, they simply said the ban would remain - and they're convinced that me calling a Warframe a twink (as a joke) is worth a 15 year ban.

EDIT : I got the ban lifted by threatening chargebacks on purchases - thus proving the opinion of the single Admin I offended doesn't trump company policy and the definition of 'hate'

Absolutely ridiculous handling of paying customers.
While I've enjoyed my time on Warframe due to many of its players - I do not recommend paying into this game when it's common practice for the devs to strip you of paid goods. (My clan dojo)

They don't care about you , they don't value you - you're just a cash cow to them.
Play but don't pay if you decide to play at all.
