It is like someone took everything I despise about modern shooters and threw it away. This game feels grounded in game play mechanics, aesthetics, and story telling. Where the devs lack for in missions, they make up for it in the detailed experiences and replayability. I am happy to buy DLC when the time is right.

At this point, this game can be brutal to new players, but the simple game play loop with the high risk makes it fun. The game still seems to be poorly optimized, or on a downward trend from recent months.

The most fun I've had playing a new Halo game since Reach. I don't really care about progression or spartan customization, but I acknowledge that they could be better. I think the push back on these areas just show that OG fan base actually want this game to succeed.

I'm just happy that Halo seems to be back on the right track.

It's Halo on PC! I'm just happy to see my favorite childhood games finally come to PC. Excellent multiplayer, story, sandbox, and soundtrack. I was worried how this game would feel with out a controller, but 343 really came through.

So good that when my Xbox friends ditched me, I bought a second copy on steam.

Good mix of balanced characters and skill. The starting character isn’t too nerfed to where it’s useless.
