Well I purchased this game when It came out a few years back. I remembered the one redeemable gamemode that this piece of ♥♥♥♥ had, and convinced myself to play it just in case it was still somewhat fun. I wanted to shoot up worms again in waves and get stupidly ridiculous weapons with 5+ minigun barrels. I wanted that. What I get instead is a CTD and broken dreams. ♥♥♥♥ this game, I literally think it underwent some backwards development and instead of adding gameplay, the retarded devs removed the game piece by piece until all this ♥♥♥♥ can do is crash.

It's honestly sad, I bought this game waay back when it came out on early access for the first time and I remember all the videos of cool ass gameplay. WHAT WAS THAT? Where the ♥♥♥♥ did all those videos come from? Where is that version of StarForge? I saw those videos, and the game advertised was nowhere near the game that is delivered here. In fact, it's safe to say the game advertised in the images and video above doesn't even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ exist. It never did.

Basically, I feel a morbid fascination at how terrible this ♥♥♥♥ is, and how shady and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ retarded the devs were. Literally, this game is the Benjamin Button of video games. It had something to show off at some point, but I guess it ended up regressing to a pre-natal stage where it crawled back into it's mother vagina. To end this whole review, there is no game here anymore, it should be banned off Steam or given a "catfish" label or something. Take this game's existence as a reminder that not all games end up as perfect as they announce themselves. Take this game as an example, learn the lessons that need to be learned here. Find a good publisher/dev out there that actually cares about its fans and the products they put out. ♥♥♥♥ you CodeHatch. I sincerely hope that this dev never puts out another game after the other medieval ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Not the best thing i've watched, but certainly not the worst. I would definetly show this to my friends, though. However, the real point of the film is to raise hype for Killing Floor 2, which I do think it's accomplished marvelously.

Early Access Review
This game is an instant classic. The RTS appeal to this game and the original Plague Inc. on iOS and Android was what brought me to this game. It provides a unique experience that can be enjoyed for a good 2 or so hours before it becomes repetetive, and several challenging disease builds and difficulty levels will also leave those who are dedicated with something to do quite a lost more time.

PROS:

- Unique and fresh, distinct from the rest of the RTS genre.
- Interesting gameplay, although repetetive.
- There is always a good healthy chance of losing on normal or above difficulty.
- Developer promises to continue updating game with new content with the most recent addon being the Neurax Worm.
- Slight sense of humor during gameplay.
- Not riddled with game-breaking bugs.

CONS:

- Limited replayability.
- Only minor gameplay differences between standard disease types (Goal is to extinct humanity every game).
- Early Access, not final product... yet.
- Not as hyper-realistic as advertized, it is realistic, but a more accurate geo-political map (Bigger and more specific) could have improved the overall gameplay, although in retrospect, the success of the gamey aspect of controlling the disease depends on a gamey and smaller map.
- Clearly an improved port of the iOS and Android version (you still have to pop bubbles to advance your DNA and stop the cure)
-A single music track replayed over an entire game

Overall, this is a solid early access game, while it has its faults (in my opinion), Plague Inc. Evolved has great potential for the future. To be honest, however, I am mostly looking forward to the new content and the Necroa Virus. I reccomend this game or those who have played the original and are strategy fans overall.

EDIT: I originally got into the original because of the flash game series Pandemic, such as Pandemic 2 which can be found at: http://www.crazymonkeygames.com/Pandemic-2.html
Also, there is significant Roleplay value in this game due to the original perspective of the game, along with new content such as the Neurax Worm and the Necroa Virus.
