Promising and lovely EA Wuxiaish card game, with a lot of interesting multilayered complexity. The English translation is a bit lackluster and confusing especially in regards to some of the more complex mechanics.

Secret word: blessing.

A fun and thrilling little experience, though if had played this as a child or young teenager it'd had freaked my out, though it'd probably have been good for me if had finished it.

Good nostalgia trip, remember playing this in the early 90s on arcade :D, a bit bittersweet though as I had a friend that got sent back to his war torn country and most likely killed off.

I'm pretty ambivalent about this game the bugs, some of the voice acting is lackluster as hell; others great. The Heroes of Might and Magic lite tacked on mini-game just seems meh, I turned it into its auto-mode – maybe I shouldn't have. The main antagonist(s) is/are interesting until the end where it just whistles out in blandness. (also the carbon copy of pathfinder's setting off D&D is bit on the bland side even if there's a lot to love – ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ give me some avantgarde fantasy like 2nd edition D&D Planescape; and yeah duh I am not two years old anymore so do not bloody copy paste some aspects of like pathfinder already does [and I guess modern D&D] – jesus :cruel reality:

Also the dumb cliché start like there was in Kingmaker, why humanity?! I know it's based on PnP scenario but common. Not to mention the bloody cartoon art style still haunts me, some of the demon voice actors even plays on this silliness, it's jarring.
I wish that casting spells outside of combat wasn't allowed—like in Pillars of Eternity 2—casting a thousand buffs before a fight is really boring.

The mythic powers and different paths like angel and Lich are exhilaratingly joyous and just feel deliciously badass as you plough through your silly enemies ; to get almost godlike powers :D, even if the game feels a bit unbalanced at times due to its increased complexity the added class and powers put on top of the main character especially. Also level 10 spells ?! Like hell yeah!

But hot damn charging into the Abyssal plane was sweet, and my favorite area to explore in the game was the different districts of the demon city Alushinyrra the capital of the Midnight Isles, with its queen Nocticula :D see no bloody mini game :P

Lovely ambience, okayish borderline meh gameplay. However the antagonists and narrative structure is so silly that I'd rather gouge my own eyes out with a rusty spoon (yeah no hyberbole and I'm obviously not within the target audience).

Promising TMO.

Absolutely gorgeous rougelike dungeon crawler, can't wait for the next expansion!

Overall promising EA game. The Combat is made way too easy after you've gotten a bit of gold, by the virtue of the fact that you can buy over powered equipment especially armor - at least if you combine it with the defensive skills in the Skill Tree. Making anything but the early game a joke to finish. They seem to want to implement endgame content eventually hopefully that'll be more challenging. Maybe they could also add a hardcore feature to the game. Personally I don't like that you can buy more powerful equipment than what drops from beating monster, chests and completing "maps".
While it's a cool feature to have AI controlled companions I don't know it also makes it harder to refine for the developers. Would be cool if they added coop multiplayer for 2 or 3 people in the future. If they have the surplus to also balance that in the long run.
