Truly deserving of GOTY

Really fun and challenging.

I played it just a little bit, but I can already say that the game is really good. :)

This game is a really good experiencie if you are looking for a challenging action RPG roguelike with loads of content.

Good things to look up to:
-The combat is fair and simple but with enough variety that it never get stale of repetitive;
-It has some deep lore if you are interested in that sort of stuff, and it's hidden in the game, kinda like Dark Souls lore;
-The game has an incredible amout of content, not as much content as something like The Binding of Isaac, but still a lot of content;
-A lot of secrets and hidden stuff scattered throughout the game, making discovering something new always exciting;
-The procedural generation is really well done, making every run feel like a new adventure;
-The environment plays a big part in the combat, making every encounter a small puzzle.

Some of the bad thing in the game:
-Because of the size of some areas, and the speed of some characters, the game can be really slow paced. Some runs took me a hour just to get to the boss and be destroyed;
-The game requires a lot of patience from the player in a lot of situations. Since it's a roguelike, you can be really unlucky in a run and end up getting destroyed by a bunch of spiders because your weapon isn't the best at killing small spiders in a group. Although the game gives you a lot of freedom to avoid this kinds of situations, it can still be very frustating.

In conclusion, this game is incredibly well done with some minor flaws. It's really worth it's price, and basically a steal when bought in a steam sale.
