Bloons is certainly one of the best TDs I've played. Its theme is really fun and light. It starts off as a simple TD popping balloons but once you start getting into it, it evolves into a much deeper structure with monkey upgrades, skill trees, heroes and a multitude of interesting game modes with a very intuitive learning curve. The devs have been adding new modes/bosses and more periodically and with custom modes the replayability of the game is almost unending.
The big negative about this game for me has been the lack of more detailed tool tips. The tower descriptions, upgrade descriptions are either ambiguous or scant, no numerical values or ranges are available in-game and I had to go onto the fan wiki to get most of the info for more in depth knowledge of towers and skills.
While the co-op mode is pretty fun and engaging, it's plagued with a variety of problems and until better net-code and/or better game hosting options are provided its place is more of a gimmick than a full fledged feature of the game.
In all, the game is definitely worth playing and it is going to be an amazing time sink for anyone who gets it.

This is fun! CS just got better! :D
