I know that a launch is not an easy thing but if you say that you were testing and preparing for launch an than you cant deliver on your promise that is kinda sad it might not be a game from a Big publisher but still. People compare the launch to Diablo 3 and other games but don't forget Diablo 3 had almost 5 million CCP trying to play at the same time not 150k.
There were a million copies sold of Last Epoch and they couldn't launch properly for 15% of the maximum players.
