okay this game is great but

I'm tired of getting my hole torn open by nightmare difficulty
please
send help
it's really starting to hurt
it's stretching so far
I could fit three bruiser spike arms in it at this rate
along with 3 gallons of retch vomit

EDIT: they fixed nightmare, I can now breathe properly :)
