Game is one of the most fun and engaging games i have played in a while.

So quickly this will be a continuous post that will add after each update and so on

TLDR; Overall i will gladly give this game a lot of slack for you know being day 1, but that doesn't excuse it completely 4.5/10 for what it is now 8/10 for the content it has the potential for and 9/10 for what the game can be if given enough time and love.

Day 1-Release

lets start with the pros,
1. The game has a great feel, a rogue-lite that lacks a jump crazy but the game has a splendid dash that was very easy to comprehend and use effectively almost immediately. you'll find yourself stuck on some of the terrain but with the movement of your stick, the easy dash, and the ability to grab on to ledges movement is not lacking.
2. Gun play feels great could use with a mode for like 10% aim assist as an easy option but the other ways we can attack surely make gun play the least enjoyable part, with spells and ya know casual telekinesis the games a blast to kill things in any way you choose.
3. Looks amazing, the style to the animation of the Enemies are quite great. the guns look and sound great on top of the spells, they tell you what they do and how they work basically with their looks. the environments keep you in the feel of reality and familiarity while the creatures we fight are almost alien and grotesque or others mechanical and sharp.
The Cons
1. i have played around 100 mins in the game and have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ myself soft locked. enemies no longer spawn when you start a new run no matter what you do (as far as i can tell)
2. there are quite a few bugs most seem like they can be patched within a month or so, and in that case no worries but it does ruin the immersion.
3. it lacks a good amount of content, granted again day one, but there are 6 enemies not counting the boss, 6 guns, 3-4 spells and a good amount of passive upgrades the issue is there's no real synergies with any yet.
4. The difficulty, is far too low surprising a rogue-lite that is too easy off the bat, the main issue is that if it was intended on every page for permanent upgrades, you can up your max health to nearly double after a single run meaning the game is twice as easy after one go. there is no difficulty curve and that's kind of a major issue.

I have been saving my title for my favorite game for a long time and was planning on saving it for a long time to come. This game IN ITS FIRST STAGES MIND YOU has nailed third person shooting, map design, difficulty curve, and most of all making a second game in a series feel new and still similar to the original. I can not wait to see where this game ends up and how popular it will become. Could not recommend more.

Addition (June update)
With some new items and a brand new playable character (Rex) so far everything adds new play styles and increases challenges and customisation everything about it is perfectly executed and adds loads more to find.
