ME and my buddy drove motorcycles down a main street firing the machine guns into a swarm of aliens plowing through hundreds of enemies before popping out on the other side turning around and doing it again the other way.

First of all I will address the joystick issue. 1. Project aces said they would fix it the day of launch they recognized the problem instantly. 2. This is project aces 1st pc game ever they have never made a pc game before considering that they did a damn good job. And 3. Ace combat is supposed to be played on gamepad it really isn’t a sim and gamepad works perfectly.
Now. Into the review. It’s an ace combat game you feel like a damned super hero as you fight giant machines. It has a lot of throwbacks to ace combat 4 including Stonehenge which is in such a damaged state I wonder why strangereal has not been obliterated by an asteroid. The gameplay is smooth, and the combat is incredible the enemy aircraft ai seems to have received a massive overhaul, they actually dogfight just as other players on warthunder do, the graphics are well, a let down it’s 2019 and I’m catching pixilation on high quality. That being said this game is exactly what you should expect and more. If you want to feel like a huge badass but still be challenged enough to fail again and again this is the game for you
