This is a good game, especially for Gundam fans out there. The reviews are negative because of the server issue like "server is unstable, get disconnected in the middle of the game and get a penalty ban". For me, I do not encounter any server issues involves getting disconnected midgame but I do encounter some matchmaking issues like "unable to find a match, which forces me to change to a different mode to find a match that it works and sometimes I can't join my friends lobby because we "didn't meet the entry requirements" even tho we're the same rank". so I'll give my honest review.

Pros
• Good gameplay (If you how to play the game properly)

• Allow obtaining different UC era mobile suits, even variants

• Customise equipment and appearance for the mobile suits

Cons
• The matchmaking system is bad (like being unable to find a match or kicking you off to the lobby and sometimes doesn't allow you to join your friend's lobby for unknown reasons).

• The game isn't beginner-friendly (the only way to know how to play the game properly is to look up guides and YouTube videos from other veteran players)

• Stores tokens prices are ridiculous expensive like buying 31 tokens for £21.99 just to do 10 pulls, might as well save up by doing daily missions)

• Not much communication from the developer team.

This is my point of view about this game, I would recommend giving this game a go, but even if it's true that the server is an issue, I'll say just give it a go, it's a 50/50 chance of you able to play or not. I do agree with the people that they should disable the penalty system for them to give players who have trouble with the server a chance to play the game without worrying about getting a ban and being unable to play the game for a certain amount of time.

I hope you understand this review and I want to keep this game alive as for the Gundam games rarely coming to PC and so far this is the game I wanted to play and I'm happy that it's come to the PC version.

Edit: After 4 months of release, They still haven't fix the matchmaking search. it became more common and it's not good. Bandai is not taking this action to fix this and decide to ignore it. I would NOT RECOMMEND to play this for non-gundam fans. I'll still give a positive review as generally the game but Bandai maintaining the game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Edit 30/12/2023: Same ♥♥♥♥, not a single improvement for the matchmaking besides adding updates. I'd probably stop playing this unplayable mess.
