Per Aspera is a great game. There's no better game about colonizing Mars yet and this game isn't just better it's really good.

Graphics are candy for the eye, there's story which I enjoy, mechanics are very easy to learn, but it doesn't becomes overly easy or hard. It's difficult to fail, but it's easy to mismanage resources especially if they start to run out, so the balance is there.

I think it's worth your time if game picked your intrest in the first place.

Since there's no big revies I'll take on that again myself. You get 3 DLCS for the price of 2. Are they worth it? Yes, I believe at least 2 are and that means that 3rd one comes free, because of pricing. SpoilerFREE!

Seat of Power allows you to build a giant palace. The more population you have the biggest the effects are, the largest space they cover and the stronger they can be. To list a few one gives 4th item from World Expo and another one makes building such as power plant have bigger range. So the more people you have worldwide then more you can get from those bonuses and ultimately it is a grand addition to your biggest city, especially if you develop Trelawney (another DLC, sunken treasures in season pass 1). Overall, a great massive, beautiful building to your city if you build it for the look not only money. For that alone I recommend it, but it's the worst DLC from this pack.

(Sorry don't know English name of second one, is that like great harvest?) Anyway, this feels like a bad DLC, but it's not bad at all. No, no, no. Just like in actual history the modernization brought better ways to get food this DLC does same. It might seem trivial that tractors boost your crops form 100% to 300%, maybe. But when you go big, it saves you money, workforce, space, time, logistics and you actually start to feel like you just industrialized entre country and have resources at your disposal. I felt like gaining upper hand over my tough AIs (I'm a slow gamer when it comes to ANNO, I prefer nice city and balance over seed and efficiency).I can't describe how much this DLC gives in terms of essence of industrial revolution. It's yet another must have addition. Simple, but loveable. it also adds means for your people to produce more in terms of animal rising as well as different regions. You will enjoy it all the way down.

The land of the Lion. Have you played Arctic? If not, go read my review of that, it's amazing. Now the land of lion... That's like 2 times better. You get a brand new region, very fun to play around mechanic, amazing storylines, amazing characters, impactful choices, impact in the Old World. I really can’t do this justice. Every DLC this game adds just makes experience more whole and whole. My favourite time period is late colonialsm a.k.a this DLC. While there's no slavery and genocides, there's the good history stuff with amazing graphics, music, art and gameplay and climate. From all the DLCs that exist I recommend it as the Best one out there. I still recommend getting Sunken Treasures for Trelawney first. But if you ask for a single best DLC, this is it. You won't regret it.

Summing this up I believe 2nd and 3rd DLCs are worth buying them, meaning you can get comparably boring Seat of Power for free. If you are within our small numbers and look for steam reviews of anno, here I was. Hope it helped you enjoy this game with your budget on this platform. And here’s a bonus tip for new region, if you don’t want to miss time for important mission, make sure you produce everything from a first chain before you head off to quest in this new world. Just saying, it ruined my experience, but it was my reckless behaviour, not the fault of DLC! So good luck there!

Usually I dwell on reviews, but this one is simple.

You are a goose and you can terrorize people.

I would like to be an animal in real life and I hate people. In other words this little game is a small dream come true. SO if you like to play as animal and you want to get cruel on people, well this is best experience you will get. And this game is just that good.

I will review this game as someone who just looks for awesome star wars games, someone who has VR (htc vice) and someone who has no prior flight skills.

Essentially you get the VR experience of the year, my personal opinion best VR game so far. Understandably not everyone has headset, but I did switch to flat screen once. I'm not going back. It's terrible in comparison to VR and I just can't recommend flat screen experience to anyone who isn't great at flying. I certainly can't play on flat screen.

But if you have VR you get immersive world, perfect graphics, amazing interior which you can look around. Advantage in looking through windows, especially visible in x-wings when looking up and back which contributed to tons of my kills both on single and multi. You get to step on an imperial destroyer and one of rebel/new republic carriers. You can't move that much, but you are there and you can interact with many thgins including your astromech.

Honestly if I were to wish for VR experience of fighter pilot in star was universe ang got this. Well it's even better than I hoped for. I already called my father who I knew would be type for that can he isn’t playing games at all. This is juts dream come true for tons of star wars fans. And what’s best you don’t need to be good at flying, I got destroyed in multiplayer fighter games until this came out. VR brings you all the advantage you could have, even against other VR users. Ability to look around is really THAT important and immersive as well.

And if I didn’t convince you yet I don’t think anything will. This game to me renders itself as best game of the year so far and many amazing thgins came out. Not to mention that star wars gams compared to other AAA titles are very affordable. But only and only if you have VR or want to play this game for story only.

Since there's only a skeleton anno 1800 community on steam there are really no reviews of DLCs. So let me try to describe my experience and help those that can't pick them all or are scared to invest more money.

Sunken Treasures most importantly adds a brand new and dare I say most crucial region. Trelawney. You are getting access to a large maps with a monstrous sized island that will accommodate you. period. You won’t play a single game long enough to fill this island. It’s just that big. And that’s good as it will become your capital rather soon and should be your focus from the start of the game to relocate there.

With this DLC you get access to this region obviously, but also story connected to it. I won’t spoiler anything, but the story while sometimes a bit boring is at times really interesting. Especially that it does hint a lot about relations between the Empire and La Corona (that’s how plebs calls it ;) ) Very enjoyable for fans of Role Playing.

Expect that you get access to famous Junker that is in every game and his wares, and some of these are extremely useful. Of course you also get chance to hunt for sunken treasure which if you invest time an money will be not only lots of fun, but also profitable and it transcends regions and DLCs!

Summing this up Trelawney is your base of operation for the entire game. While it’s totally doable to play with your old islands and win game or building great cities, the sheer scope of Trelawney will be sure to make your Capital memorable and most importantly it will help a lot in all sorts of expeditions.

If you want to buy only one DLC go for this one. It’s about the most crucial one! Of course if you prefer a different region such as Arctic or Africa (not release as of yet) then go for it. But personally I believe you should develop your Capital here first and then explore these new lands with economic powerhouse at your back. That way you will really feel like imperialist! I give this DLC 10/10 I’m honestly not having any problem with it!

Since there's only a skeleton anno 1800 community on steam there are really no reviews of DLCs. So let me try to describe my experience and help those that can't pick them all or are scared to invest more money.

The Passage adds brand new arctic region, complete with two new citizen classes and their own needs. You get access to blimps as well! Which are amazing!

New aesthetics coming from buildings, people, art and animals and museum artifacts are wonderful.

New story coming with this DLC is simple, but loveable! And personally as a fan of Role Playing I found entire expedition to be a really great experience!

Map design is perfect and it's astonishingly gripping, especially with brand new type of island accessible only via blimps! And they pose quite a difficulty to me!

If you love playing anno on and on then this is must have. If you can't decide on this or sunken treasures pick sunken treasures. Trelawney is massive region and a base of your economy for all the extra trips! So you will be missing due to lack of founds... But it's an amazing DLC. After Sunken treasures it seems to be the next best thing and not just because of the new region! (Current state the land of Lion or African map isn’t release yet so I can’t compare it to that yet, but my bet is that Arctic will be better than Africa, but best to have them all!)

And if you like me want arctic foxes in your zoo then you are covered!

Game is great, BUT

There is complete lack of ESSENTIAL animals. You probably have your favourites and there are big gaps which are probably for future DLC. I don't mind DLCs as long as they exist. I literally have Kangaroo in my nick and can't have them in zoo game. And before anyone say it coding few animals and their design isn't that hard, trust me coding at this point and graphics are done, they are just waiting for time to release DLC and even before that the announcment. Overally it's a middle finger towards people like me.

I'm very hopeful about this game, but I advice you check animal list before buying unlike I did. I intend to keep this review negative till I get kangaroos.

I will try to be as objective as possible

Pluses:

- Core mechanics taken and adpated from DD, some might say it's a bad thing. I think DD mechanics were a great idea and what we see here is creation of a new subgenre, this can only improve games overally. I played DD, I know how it works. Many mechanics were taken, but there are major difference, like 2 rows with 4 spaces or covers. there's also flanking here. Overally combat feels much better than in DD in general, it's less about numbers and percentages (which still have a great deal of importance), but more about positioning and how can you exploit that, including moving through the map and sneaking past patrols, that always keeps me on my toes till I hear "HALT".
- Graphics, just like in screenshots, characters and map and everything look plainly said beautiful. Dare I even say that character design is better than in DD, but since they are completely different style it's up to ones intrests.
- Music. Many say it's bad or not enjoyable, I never was or ever will be a music expert, but it seems that music fits perfectly into setting. I can't state how much music is subjective so I will state that you will either love it or hate it. No middle ground. Personally I really liked it.
- Voice actors. So as you could guess chracters speak after some actions, our mainly after misc actions, while enemies after literally all of them. No matter what langauge you use both sides use either polish or german langauge which is on point. I have no idea what Germans say so I often check with translate, it's a nice learning experience.
- Actually unique content. I'm not even stating the uprising in general since there were few tries and well they failed. Let me tell you of example. You can have a kid in your team. KID! As is 13 years old boy. So a kid can shoot, kill or die to ♥♥♥♥. There are so few games that let you play as a kid and killing as them is extremly rare. In my experience first time ever I have seen that. The worst part is how brutal and realistic this picture is and that makes me feel something while playing. You don't fight to win, you fight so he can have normal tommorow.
- Updates. Devs already released roadmap for current month and game will gain many massive updates. And all of that in one month. If game feels empty for you, lack content then maybe give it a month. I don't know why those features aren't implemented yet, they seem finished and just awaiting magical dates. Most incuding me would prefer all of them on start, But in the end in just one month this game will be twic as good as it is now.

Now to Cons:

- Bugs. NOT TRUE. With Ruczaj update most of the first day bugs were patched. As of after the patch I didn't encounter a single bug, at all. Greatly made it is now.
- Lack of storyteller. So as you might remember in DD there was a voice over your actions. I had to put this in cons since it's less content. Yet in DD this voice made sense. A fantastic story with a storyteller. Warsaw isn't a fantastic world full of heroes and monsters ( unless methaphorically ) it's a represenation of what really happened and storyteller would seem to ruin experience in general.
- Losing. So this is also extremly subjective. Game cannot be won. You can lose earlier or later than real uprsing. Period. Some hate this, but for fans of open end games so for example Rimworld or Hand of Fate 1 or 2 this seems prety solid and actually more enjoyable. So if you love endless modes in many games when you race with inevitable then this is perfect. If you prefer hard end games then well you can play it once to see how far you will get. Even for one time experience this seems like a great game one full pass will take you around 15-25 hours.

So is Warsaw worth. Lets sum this up.
You get a really audiovisually beautiful game with great mechanice and a great storytelling device. The only downsides are really on the side of consument. All of negative reviews either focus on bugs (which are patched by now in just one day, and even then people hyperbolised them) or on dislike towards either theme or "ripoff" of DD. So in general it's just setting that might be a problem, but that's about it.

I loved hours I put into this game. I will for sure put few times more right now. For sure I will make a brake and for sure come to it years later. 9/10.

This used to be a good game, now whenever I don't play and my rank resets, it turns out all my cards are locked on level 2. I understand it is meant to not make new players quit the game, but seriosuly, it makes coming back very annoying. Some cards are busted on first level and since you all don't have high tier cards you can't effectvely play anything other than play dragons, or a handful of +6 cards that cost no mana and are avabile to everyone.

In other words rather than make game comptetive on each level they took away all sense of progression from old players, made grind even more impossible and just said "enjoy it"

Just make players never fall from their rank and game would be totally playable, but as it stands now, unless you want to grind forever with a single boring deck and totally based on luck don't come back or become a new player, not worth your time anymore.

Ogólnie 5+/10

Plusy
-Dobry pomysł
-Grafika, muzyka
-Świetna customizacja postaci
-Ciekawe mapy

Minusy
