I got the game for 13$ during the Steam Summer sale and have around 12 hours in three days. If I have any down time, I automatically resort to this. The graphics are there, but aren't anything game changing. The story line though, they found such a beautiful way to have the story work with the hacking aspect of the game. While the first game had hacking as well, I thought of it as a fun toy more than a game-play tool, but it works so well in this game. Now 60$, idk. But if you can find this for under 30$ I would highly recommend. It has GTA style missions all working around hacking, with fun little online missions that pop up randomly but work with what you're doing, such as another "hacker" (player) joining the cops to take you down.
