VAC BANNED?
Yes my account is banned but this doesn't mean that I will no longer use this account. I will still be active but I will not be playing CS:GO anymore in this account obviously so deal with it.

Why I was VAC Banned ?
~Honestly I don't know and no I didn't cheated 100% maybe in the computer I was using that time caught something unusual so that's why I got VAC banned but I didn't directly got VAC banned, my account got "Global Cooldown Account is Untrusted" for some reason. At first I thought this is some mistake but after 2 days my account just got VAC banned. Yes I was surprise by the result of this and if I didn't use that computer maybe my account would still be VAC clean but VAC banned is VAC banned that is what the Valve article said. So either accept this or not I guess they won't lift this.
This incident was so unlucky, I hope that person hit a karma
