My experience and advice as a level 25 medic.

-I cant heal you if you are on the other side of the map
-If you die, git gud and dont be salty about it, get used to it
-Buy armor, even if you are good all it takes is a wrong step and you are cornered and soon dead. Better safe then sorry
-It is not a taboo to heal your medic if they are low on health, and they wont waste time healing themselves and keep healing you instead
-The medic can see your health, and especially when you are low, so dont be a baby when your health is getting low, it takes time to charge medic shots, even more true on boss rounds or just games on a higher difficulty.
-A game can have two medic, so many times i have been in a waiting room with another medic and they switch their class. On the easier difficulties one medic is fine, but on the harder ones, you need 2 to gauntee a win
-If a medic is trying to heal, or you request healing, stay still for a freakin second
-Find a good place to camp or move together as a group, no inbetween
-If your team needs a medic, switch classes, dont expect someone else to do it.
-Just because someone on your team can use medic weapons, doesnt mean you dont need a medic
-If you are complaining that your medic is doing a bad job, then why dont you give it a shot! Play as medic and know how hard it is to keep some of you idiots alive.
-If your medic has all their attack perks on instead of buff perks, that means you are doing a bad job protecting them
-Last but not least, dont forget to say "Thank You!" As a medic i can confirm the myth that if you say thanks (or atleast a gesture of thanks) we will be more inclined to keep you alive and focus on you more!

Good Luck, and have fun!
