Fun game to play with friends. Gets dull after a few hours though.

The whole season pass is worth less than one single dlc for borderlands 2.

hate the story, like the gameplay

If there was a neutral option I would give it to the game. I can't recommend you buy the game if it's full priced, if its on sale for less than 20€ and you like story-driven games you should get it.

Pros:
+Game overall looks great
+Good Story
+Neat Characters
+Great Atmosphere
+One of the few games where you want to avoid killing people, because it actually makes you feel bad for them

Cons:
-For one playthrough you only get 10-13 hours and I didn't feel like I would want to replay it
-Sometimes it feels like you dont really know what to do
-The turning in general and especially as two people feels weird
-Item collection feels unnatural and unnecessary, especially since upgrades are literally useless
-The last 2 bosses, espacially the last one are a bit frustrating/weird to play because the mechanics are weird/unintuitive
-Game bugged out on multiple occasions

Overall the Game is fun to play, a solid 8/10, if you consider the price 4/10.

Great game and really great soundtrack, however i did not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sign up to live through someones crack-cocaine and whatever the ♥♥♥♥ i know fueled mushroom trip gone bad. I tried to be as neutral as possible which netted me the absolutely degenerate experience of batteling "Photoshop Flowey". I think I won't be able to sleep for the next few days after experiencing this absoulte abomination, this cluster♥♥♥♥ of randomly thrown together garbage. This battle truly is the stuff of nightmares and the best reason I can tell someone to stay the ♥♥♥♥ away from drugs. Jesus Christ Toby Fox I came here for the funny skeleton man, not whatever the ♥♥♥♥ this ♥♥♥♥ is. Also only giving me the "neutral" instead of "true pacifist" route only because I didnt wanna be friends with a annoying, creepy and clingy lizard that should really go see a psychiatrist also pisses me off. Like Jesus ♥♥♥♥ sorry I dont wanna hang out with you after you bombard me with the most annoying messages every 2 seconds, send a killer robot after me and straight up stalk me through your computer for the entire game. If it was possible in the underground I would have gotten a restraining order against this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amphibian.

Overall a 7/10 tho

Thought this looked fun so I bought it for less than 1€. When the Game Boots up i get an unskippable Cutscene every single time. The game just is not my humor and some sequences where nothing happens are painfully long :/

Honestly just a great ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game.
Pros:
+looks and sounds ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dope
+most of the time combat is really fun
+corrupting your abilities is also ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rad
+improving your character is really fun and gives you an objective UNLESS you dont like grinding

Cons:
-boss fights are really fun, until they hit 50 or 33% and all ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hell breaks loose
-sometimes waves are just big so it becomes unfun
-waves sometimes appear too often

I can totally recommend this game.

Note: This is a review of the DLC - Deluxe Upgrade, not the overall game. The game I can definetly reccomend, this DLC I can definetly not.

The Contents are:
-Three Outfits
-A "Mixtape Mode"
-A Bonus Episode

The Outfits are quite nice and a bit quirky, but nothing too great. you have:
-A white Illuminati tanktop with black trousers
-A white Hotdog shirt with a black hoodie and blue ripped jeans
-A black shirt with a pink doe logo, blue hotpants and black boots
They all look better than the normal Outfits, but i still prefer the "Original Chloe" that was available trough pre-oder.

I did not excpect much from the mixtape mode, still I was kind of let down. It promises to let you listen to the song with a cinematic scene from the game. But this "cinematic scene" is only a ~45 second loop of Chloe lying on her bed and smoking, while being viewed from a different angle every ~5-10 seconds, so you become bored before the first song is even finished. I would hope that they switch it out for a better scene or at least let you choose different scenes/ create a loop out of some more, as there are already many scenes in the game that could be used.

The bonus Episode is WAY shorter than any other Episode, I played all of it in ~70 Minutes and I still managed to do most of the stuff (I think). There is almost no interaction with humans (only Chloe), the story and the things you have to do are boring, the gameplay feels clunky and the facial expressions of Max are on the level of Mass Effect: Andromeda when it first released. All in all it was just plain out bad.

I can't recommend the DLC at all. If you are a die-hard Life is Strange Fan, just buy the game and watch the bonus episode on Youtube or something. It's definetly not worth the 8€ as the bonus episode is just bad (it does not even feel like Life is Strange) and the other bonus content is also underwhelming.
