The joy I got from shaking the rat cannot be measured-- it makes me really wish there was weird fidgety toys and things to shake and poke and squeeze in other horror games. the sound design is also pretty good and the environments while simple kinda give me a strange sense of nostalgia kinda bringing me back to my days on gmod custom gamemodes and some of the maps I saw in there at the same time not helping with the uneasiness of realizing some of the important story notes of the game. I have to recommend this one for the price of a beefy 5 layer burrito. ( mileage may vary my friend played like a half hour and finished the main story where it took me close to 2 hours )

kind of bought this game on a whim cause a lot of my friends had played the original and were excited about the new release. I think this game is worth it you just have to be patient especially right now - I may update this review at some point but as of the time of writing this it's taking a long time to get into the game like 15+ minutes. The servers are having issues with the shops on the back end so those only work 50% of the time-- the gameplay itself is amazing though-- I really hope these issues get worked out soon. If you have friends that might be interested this title is definitely worth it even with the issues with the servers rn (not saying they don't need to be fixed though because they do)

okay so this game has a lot to do and I feel like there's a lot of experimenting you can do with the tools you get-- the gameplay itself is solid I think for what it is it is a really fitting style-- not to mention accessible. ( this is just a goof kind of but I wish there was some progress that carried over between runs-- also I have two ideas for things to add to the game not that I think the dev is going to see this specific review or care what I want out of the game in the end it's the devs vision-- but-- energy drinks or something that gives you a speed buff with an increased fov so you feel REALLL fast -- aside from that I have really been thinking a skinwalker/ Thing deal that mimics a teammate would be really cool-- at the same time I don't know how feasible this thing would be to make....) all that being said I really have enjoyed playing this game having put just over 80 hrs in in a little over 2 weeks and I'm still just excited for what's to come though I feel like this title has A LOT of potential-- at the current price even being an early release I can definitely recommend this one to any one who is not scared of spiders or feeling lost.

CS:GO is such an entertaining game a lot for it's steep learning curve, if you haven't touched this game yet, you're missing out on something really big. The game has been great, Is great, and won't die any time soon.

4 years later and the game still has replay value, especially with the variety of workshop mods and shenanigans you can bring about. as a side note, if you're picky about graphics, you'll probably find a lot of falts with the seams in the textures on mountains and what not, if you're that picky, dont play it, but graphics dont make the game, they just make it pretty.
