The game doesn't have a 60 hour story, an MMO hub point, or a huge open world, but it has plenty of what AAAA Dev's have been forgetting to add to their titles in the past couple of years.

Fun.

No boss health bars, no damage numbers, no long-winded exposition or maps to reveal by climbing towers. Dive with a few friends on a hive of alien bugs out to kill you and blow them to bits in the name of managed democracy and Super Earth. Or have fun calling air strikes on authoritarian robot regimes until the evac arrives.

Toss on one of the most communicative and human developer teams I've watched, and we've got a recipe for something special.

Great gameplay and graphics
Fun satirical themes
Excellent voice actor work
Excellent, but perhaps a bit repetitive musical score

And here's a nice bonus:
Consumer friendly live service model
A battlepass like system exists, but unlocks permanently for 1000sc (or $10). No more time limits. Premium currency is both awarded in the free warbond, and can be discovered out in the world, so you don't even need to pay for cosmetics if you don't want to (But, with a game this good you might anyway)

Easily one of the most underrated shooters around. With responsible devs that refused to piecemeal their content or lock gameplay elements away to boot.

Titanfall has some of the cleanest shooting, fastest mobility, and biggest action out there. On top of an excellent and innovative single player campaign. CoD and Battlefield don't compare with their disjointed season pass DLC's, pay to win microtransactions to get the guns first, and stale design decisions. Hell, CoD literally ripped off *TITANFALL* in their recent games movement systems.

Top notch even after all this time, absolutely worth getting in to.

An excellent game with an incredible world behind it. I go to other shooters from time to time but always wind up back to this one.

There are always faults, and finding a balance to entertain a wide variety of users is just about impossible. From time to time the game shifts focus and falls out of interest, but I always find myself back.
