It's a fun game if you enjoy games that focus on building up an industry from nothing. There are many points made about the game being kinda tedious at times, but in reality, how much tedious tasks you perform is solely based on your will to automate everything and anything or not. If the task can be performed by you, it most definitely can be automated. My general rule is that if I need to perform a task more than a couple of times, I just automate it.

People also give a fair point about how you can't program your bots directly, and while its true that I admit that programming bots by example sometimes makes you want to just point directly at what to do without having to do it yourself, I think the current bot programming system is just fine as it is. The dev has been pushing out options to make life easier while programming bots, and it's just something that you get used to and start doing faster and faster, there's tricks to programming bots and multiple more efficient ways to program your desired task than what you can think of when you just start playing the game. The only thing I would want is to be able to be able to use the data storage (basically an item that lets you copy a bot's code to another) without having to shut down the bot that you want to get the code out of.

While it's not a complete game, and it has multiple bugs that can be annoying, do know that the dev is actively fixing these bugs and adding new content. as it stands, you can get 50 or more hours easily of this game.
