As I sit, drinking a well steeped cup of liber-tea, I'm prompted to reflect on my experiences on the two fronts of battle for super earth. Fondly recalling the time I dropped in on an automaton tank, and for my bravery I was thusly rewarded with an explosion and being flung 160 meters to my broken body death. Another time we spread managed democracy to a group of less than fortunate insects, bring the full awesome glory of what super earth technology can do right to thier hives. *sips tea* You too can be so lucky as to share your own experiences like these by joining the hell divers today!

Raid Shadow legends? more like paid Shadow wallet. The amount of intrusive popups for in game gambling for sale is insane. The game is fun up to about level 20, then all the free stuff they give you goes away and like a crack addict looking for the next fix the instrusive store pop ups seem all the more relevant. 'Did you run out of energy? Well that's too bad, here is the 30$ pack to get you right as rain sunshine.' Morally ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bankrupt.

Ahh the wistful and fond memories of a game that was incredibly fun to play. If battlefield 1 is even a fraction as entertaining as this game was, then we are all in for a very nice treat.

If you are new to the battlefield series, buy this game. If you dont own this game, buy this game. Because граната!

This game sucked the free time from my life for a month straight. Why? You may ask? Simply put this game is fun.

I have to admit, i bought this game and tried it for 5 minutes long before i tried it out further. It was kind of one of those scenarios where you say to yourself 'Yeah this looks too complicated, ♥♥♥♥ this, i dont want to take the time to learn it'. Eventually when I came back to it and put the 5 or so minutes into actually learnign the controls i found a game that has enticed me and has been a marvelous example of what a successful early access title can acheive.

Pros:
You can build things
You can build whatever the hell you want pretty much
You can build traps
You can customize the game to your perfered difficulty
You can exact your god complex on little people
Large amount of depth and complexity involved with creating a succesful economy for your gnomes
Overall fun game

Cons:
The 5 minutes it took to learn the interface.

Sincerely, get this game, support the small guys out there that had a really fantastic dream and stood up to be it.

Let me start this review by stating that I have purchased into alot of early access games. By alot I mean at least 50+ games in early access state.

One of the common tennants that I have noticed in these games from small developers is that they bite off way more than they can chew and fail to deliver communication on how thier studio is effectively tackling the challenges presented by thier intial overly ambitious goals. This studio is not one of those studios, this game is not one of those games. I have supported this game since it's kickstarter campaign and I have to say its one of the top investments I have made into the early Access game sales model.

Reasons why I recommend this game:
Updates: Are frequent.
Bugs: When found are fixed promptly.
Crafting: Many recipies in the initial bucket with tons more custom recipies if you decide to play multiplayer
Scalable difficulty: The amount of options that you are able to adjust for singleplayer make your experience playing the game as challenging or as easy as you would prefer.
Multiplayer: There are some amazing PVP and PVE servers out there
Personal Experience: I play alot of games when I have the oppurtunity to do so. You can tell by the amount of hours I have into this game that it is definitely worth the price tag.

Reasons why I would not recommend this game:
None.

If you are on the fence, and considering buying this game, buy it. If you love the genre of either sandbox games, zombie games, or survival games, buy it.

Perhaps one of the bright shining gems of the 4X genre. I have been playing this game for over a decade. While I do have long breaks of playing it in between, it is the only game in the past 14 years that I can come back to and still have an urge to play.

So what is it in this game that keeps drawing me back after 12 years of playing? For me it is the crazy amount of micro-management. Being able to fully custom lines and series of ships for my fleets is almost as exciting as executing the winning tactics in battle with the aforementioned ships. The AI does leave something to be desired so I do recommend using modifications which are very simple to use and install and run. (download mod launcher, download mod, run launcher, select mod, run game)

If you have been on the fence about purchasing this game, then I suggest you take the plunge and try it out. I have easily over 1000 hours into this game over the past 12 years. Even by today's standards I'd give this a solid 10/10 and very competitive with modern 4X strategies (aside from the graphics)

I dont usually Recommend games, but when I do they are quality. This is the game that combines interstellar travel, survival, and some comedy all in one package. At 15 dollars this is a steal!
