Dota 2 for MOBA/ARTS is like chess for boardgame genre.
And LoL is like snake and ladder.

It doesn't mean LoL is bad, it is just casual. Dota 2 on the other hand, can be either casual or, if you wanna tryhard, really serious like a game of chess.

And it is very balance right now, but who knows what the frog might do to the game in the coming patch?

One thing to add now in 2017 is that the system requirement is getting higher and higher.
