I'm usually not too much of a "rules" kind of guy but when it comes to trading there has to be some limitations.
1) If you're steam level is level 0 or your account is private, instant ignore/block.
2) If you are lowball or sharking, instant ignore/block.
3) If you try to scam me, I will report you on steam, -rep your CSGL page, and -rep on anything else that you have.
4) For ANY irl cash transactions, I WILL NOT GO FIRST REGARDLESS. I prefer item to item transfers as they are safer and are covered by steam.
5) For ANY NORMAL TRADES OR PAYPAL TRADES, it is PROTOCOL that you show me your CSGL profile, your Steam Rep Profile and if you have one a cash rep thread.
6) For ANY irl cash transactions, you must have 500+ hours on a single game, own more than 5 games, and your steam account level has to be higher than 10.
7) The only time I will go first is NEVER (or unless you have like 100+ pages of cash rep).
