"Free to play" is a misnomer for this game. I have previously enjoyed this game a lot and have spent in excess of a thousand dollars to do that. What a waste. The grind was only bearable because I had the cash to splash on the game but now, even with all that cash, it's just too much. Now the grind is too much even for someone with 1500 hours and thousands of dollars to drop on it. It's ridiculous. Actually ridiculous. They have spat on their players for a quick buck.

In conclusion, Gaijin is the scummiest developer I've ever come across (and that's saying a lot in this day and age). Uninstalled; I will not install it again until the company and the game undergoes massive reform because the constant disrespect for the player base and outright greed is simply appalling.

Dont get me wrong, its a fun game. Lots of content, unique experiences you'll only find in the world of dayz, etc. The problem comes from it being so buggy and inconsistent that it bleaches all that fun into pure pain and rage. For the price, its not worth it. I honestly wish i didnt buy it, but im not too sad about it because it is still fun at times, Particularly when you have mates to play with.
All it needs is some optimisation and it would be so much better.

Just dont bother buying it. Yes its fun and has a lot of content but its not even close to worth it because of how unstable the game is. Its crashed many times for me, all of which corrupted my saves so I had to start from scratch. This wouldn't be so bad if the progression speed in this game was faster but currently it takes over 10 hours of game play to unlock the first locked gun. The game honestly feels like it has just gotten into beta for me even though its been out for well over two years.

This is just not good enough, even the dlc has massive flaws and bugs and a lot of the dlc should come base game as well such as the 4 wheeler dlc.

I wish i could refund this but i am well over the refund time limit. So now it sits in my game library, probably never to be played again.

TLDR: so unstable and unbalanced it makes me angry. Dont buy it.
