Accurate at solving mental math problems involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages – but without a calculator, cannot reach the answer at speed. When ideas are challenged by others, KevinSCKang listens to their view politely, but is able to maintain a position firmly and persuasively without aggression. A good negotiator, who usually chooses the right time to proceed or withdraw in a negotiation after reading the situation correctly. But not yet infallible and may need more experience. Is usually decisive, but too often fails to take account of all possibilities, and this has caused a few problems in the past 6 months. Or takes account of all possibilities but takes too long to reach the final decision.
