If you choose to start the game fullscreen it will go at 120 fps , effectively doubling the speed of the game and its difficulty , this can be omitted by starting the game windowed and fullscreening it later

I dont know if its a bug or an intended feature but dont do it if you are faint of heart

That surely wont prevent some chinese dude to do a 1cc perfect double speed lunatic run
